hello

my father just got back from houston texas last night. he was down there for some special job training. he has been gone for about a week. tonight i will be going into work from 5:oo pm to closing time at 10:00 pm then stay about another 45 minutes to close the store.
last night we were about to close but someone didnt turn off the "open" sign or lock the door so naturly people kept coming in to eat. we were souposed to close at 9:00 but ended up cooking for costemers untill bout 9:45. it was good i guess because we have been having some REALLY slow nights. and our manager has been having to cut some of our hours big time. like our head cook was working about 50 or 60 hour a week but was cut down to about 35 and 40 hours. and of course us regular cooks got an even higher hour cut because we dont work full time. i only work in the evenings and some times for about an hour in the morning to clean the fryers.
i just got done training our head cook to clean the fryers so i wont be cleaning them as much now. i hope to be hired in greensboro when a friend of mine opens his store there in about 8 months. i hope this store stays open but if it dont as least i have this second home business that i do on the weekends. well ill grab ya later
